Announcing the 2003 Convention of the Libertarian Party of Tenessee

The LPTN will hold its 2003 Convention in the Realty Association building in Nashville on Saturday, April 12. The convention runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST (excluding the lunch break). There is no charge for attending, and individuals and families are welcome.

The date is set, the building has been reserved, and we've got a guest speaker or four. And, of course, LOTS of business that needs tending.

This year's speakers will include:

We'll also be discussing ballot access alternatives, a strategic growth plan, and refocusing our campaign strategy.

Additionally, we'll be holding elections for state officers. Each of the four incumbents (Ray Ledford, Heather Scott, Alicia Mattson and Joey King) has stated the intention to seek re-election. Others are also considering challenges for some or all of these positions.

Finally, a section of the day will be set aside to remember Richard Pearl, and those who wish to memoralize him are encouraged to do so.
