Announcing the next convention of the Libertarian Party of Tennessee

Chattanooga

Here we are again, that time of year when we get ready for the 2004 Convention of the Libertarian Party of Tennessee. Start making plans now, folks -- it's gonna be a good one!

This time around the LPTN Convention will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Chattanooga, one of the most beautiful cities in the country. The convention will take place April 2-4, 2004.

We've got lots of great speakers lined up! Sharon Harris of the Advocates for Self Government will be our main speaker; LP Presidential contenders Aaron Russo and Gary Nolan, and LP Vice Presidential hopeful Tamara Millay will also be speaking.

If that's not enough, how about Tennessee’s highest elected Libertarian, Wilson County Commissioner Heather Scott, plus Thomas L. Knapp, editor of Rational Review, State Representative Chris Clem from Lookout Mountain, and our own Steve Trinward, the LNC Region 7 Representative. Whew, what a list!

Delegates to the national convention will be elected, and we will be approving the budget for the coming year. In addition there will be workshops, educational sessions, and even a fundraising cruise! See our tentative schedule.

Help make the 2004 convention the best ever!!!
